Sinews is a multilingual therapy centre located in the heart of Madrid.
Our multidisciplinary team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, speech therapists and nutritional therapists providing services in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, French, Polish, Norwegian and Hebrew.
At Sinews we understand the challenges of living outside of your home country and the potential difficulties when sourcing therapy services in a country that is not your own. We’re here to make things a little easier – Sinews provides mental health and support services for the expat and local community.

The main entrance to our centre is located on Calle Sagasta 16, between metros Bilbao and Alonso Martinez with parking available in the nearby Mercado de Barceló carpark. We are fully accessible to those with reduced mobility through our adapted entrance on Calle Serrano Anguita 18.
