Hi! I am a American speech language pathologist (SLPs) with over 20 years experience. I was trained at the University of Texas, in a program specifically designed to prepare SLPs to work with Spanish-English bilingual individuals as well as those from other diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
During my career, I have built on this foundation, working in Texas, Singapore, and Spain. I have specialised in the assessment and treatment of toddlers, children and adults who have diverse communicative skills and challenges, with diverse language profiles. I love connecting with and supporting clients and their families.
I am a native American English speaker, but am very familiar with the rich range of English accents and dialects and understand how this affects the diagnosis of speech and language disorders. I completed the Texas Oral Proficiency Test in 2006 and obtained the DELE C1 in Spanish in 2022.
