My Credentials:

I am a highly empathetic, non-judgemental, and very passionate client-focussed counsellor. I studied my Master of counselling in Australia after more than 18 years working as an engineer specialised in sustainability and international development. As a counsellor, I have experience working with adults, children and young people with presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, occupational guidance, career advice, grief and loss, trauma, and relationships difficulties. I have worked with clients with serious mental health issues (Bipolar, Borderline Personality disorders, Severe Autism, etc.). I have specialised and I am very passionate to support people with trauma and PTSD. I am also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy.

My approach:

I am very flexible to use different client-centred approaches (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative therapy, etc.) based on clients’ needs. I have experience and passion working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. I am also assisting clients with different presenting problems to live their full potential as a Life coach using Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques and Timeline therapy.

One of my outstanding skills is my capacity to listen and connect with my clients. I genuinely believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves and to show up in life with our best version. There are moments when we just need support and additional tools to:

  • accept, address and overcome our traumas or challenging experiences from the past,
  • fully immerse ourselves and be mindful in our present, and
  • set up exciting and meaningful goals for our future.

My purpose is to assist my clients to flow, to grow, to live up to their full potential, and…to thrive!

About Me:

I have recently walked the talk. I have been bold enough to leave my successful career as an engineer to follow my heart. I have a lived experience of what it means to come out of my cocoon and comfort zone. Time Line Therapy® helped me a lot to overcome my fears, to let go my ego, and to follow my dreams.

I don’t regret and I am very proud of what I learned and achieved during 18 years working as an engineer in sustainability. My aim was to protect our environment, which included designing green buildings, developing regional climate change strategies and community programs. I worked as a project leader and team leader in international companies in different countries.

Since I was a teenager, I have been involved with many Not For Profit organisations assisting clients in different ways: mentoring refugees, developing community programs and needs-based assessments in developing countries, case management with young migrants, supporting the social integration of ex-prisoners, etc.

I am always told that I bring light and I have a very playful personality. I truly believe in the healing power of laughter.

So, if you are up for having fun while achieving your full potential, get in touch!
