I am a Family therapist holding 2 masters and exposed in many different disciplines, conducting individual & couple therapy and providing parenting support in 3 languages (Spanish, English, Greek). Since the beginning of my career i have worked in many different places in the world. I started from Greece, getting my first specialization in the Netherlands working with kids and adolescents. Continuing my training in Family therapy in Barcelona and now establishing my private practise in Spain.The sense of multiculturalism, profesionalism and dedication to every case are some of my guiding elements of my work.
I specialize in long and short term therapy and work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families on a broad spectrum of issues. I conducted intensive family treatments, and consulted on complex cases related to divorced parents, personality disorders and their impact on childrens’ development.
Much of my expertise lies in relationship difficulties, child trauma, and inner child healing, emotional regulation issues dealt in a systemic way. I have also worked with postpartum anxiety and depression, cultural adaptation, and life transitions, anxiety and panic attacks, depression and eating disorders.
