I do this by warmly accepting you and supporting you every step of the way. You may be experiencing difficulties in the present, dealing with issues from the past or having concerns about the future, or you may want to gain a deeper understanding of your feelings, thoughts, behaviours and ways of relating to other people. As an integrative counsellor, I draw on various models of counselling and psychotherapy to best support your needs. Integrative counselling with a trusted counsellor can help you to gain greater access to your whole self, your inner resources and your full potential.
